In 2020 we created this vacation home so that our guests could disconnect and enjoy a modern, bright and functional house in a magical environment such as the northern beaches and the Picos de Europa offer us.

Here you can relax watching the sea while having a glass of wine, reading a good book, enjoying a vinyl of classical music or simply having a chat in good company.

It is a bright, functional space with a pleasant Nordic decoration.

In Cantabria, between Santander and Oviedo is San Vicente de la Barquera. The house is located on the beaches of Merón and Gerra (4km long). You reach the center of San Vicente de la Barquera in a pleasant walk that crosses the Puente de la Maza.

At 100m from the house there are all kinds of services (supermarket, bakery, restaurants ...) as well as numerous surf schools as Merón and Gerra are two beaches very frequented by lovers of this sport.

We are within the Oyambre Natural Park, 5 minutes from the beach that gives it its name. In less than 10 minutes we will also be in the beautiful town of Comillas.

Third floor: 1 double bedroom with queen size bed (160x200cm) and large velux windows where you can relax reading while watching the sea. 1 bedroom with two 90x200cm beds with views of the Picos de Europa; relax enjoying a music vinyl. And 1 full bathroom with a rain shower.

All beds and mattresses are very comfortable, new and with white percale cotton sheets and duvets.

Wi-fi with 1,000mb speed, intelligent heating, shower on the terrace with hot water. Two covered parking spaces.

The location of San Vicente de la Barquera allows you to enjoy the most beautiful part of eastern Asturian and western Cantabrian.

Within a 30 mint radius are many of the best beaches in Cantabrico (Prellezo, Pechón, La Franca, Andrín, Cué, Toró, Torimbia, Poo, Borizo, San Martín, Toranda, Barro, Gulpiyuri, Guadamía, La Vega, La Griega ...). Towns such as Llanes, Lastres, Comillas, Santillana del Mar, Ribadesella, Santander ...) are very close.
